“Study Jesus! All his activity is LOVE; his glance is LOVE; LOVE, his praise; LOVE, his price.”
Blessed Pauline
Vatican II invited religious to provide opportunities for lay persons to join with them in a common vision to share ideals of prayer, community and ministry.
The Companions of Pauline of the Sisters of Christian Charity have the opportunity to serve with the Sisters in the ministries of the Church. Associates pray with the Sisters and enjoy fellowship with vowed members on certain occasions.
Drawn together by a mutual call to a life of holiness in and for the Church, the Sisters of Christian Charity and the Associate members offer each other the challenge to live and share their baptismal commitment more intensely. In response to the calls of grace to foster the Kingdom here on earth, they share their faith, gifts, and life experiences as a means of mutual support and strength. They challenge themselves to an ongoing discovery of the vision of Blessed Pauline's charism and allow themselves to be possessed and transformed by God, and thus grow in their love for Him and their neighbor.
Associate members of the Sisters of Christian Charity are priests, single and married women or men who desire to embrace the shared vision of the Sisters' foundress, Blessed Pauline von Mallinckrodt, and touch the world with Gospel vision while remaining in their present lifestyles.
